BAPEN Webinar Series

  29th  November - 2nd December
  Venue: Online
  For more information visit: www.bapen.org.uk

It is with great regret that we have taken the difficult decision to postpone our 2021 BAPEN Conference. There is significant uncertainty about the Covid-19 situation in the months ahead - this will impact on our ability to host a conference safely, and we are aware that many NHS employees will having difficulty booking study leave. We will therefore host our conference in November 2022 in Brighton.

In place of the meeting in Brighton the Programmes Committee have created an exciting series of webinars which will include:

  • A case-based approach to feeding difficulties and dilemmas
  • Nutrition in liver disease
  • Nutritional support in intestinal and colorectal surgery
  • Small Bowel – centre of the nutrition universe
  • IBD and nutrition
  • Drugs and nutrition support
  • Now you know about click ‘n’ collect, what about PN homecare?

To try and fit the webinars around your working day and commitments, two webinars will be live streamed each day at 4.00 - 5.30pm and 6.30 - 8.00pm on Monday 29th November to Thursday 2nd December.

The opening ceremony will be delivered online on Monday 29th November where you will have the opportunity to hear about BAPEN’s activities and achievement over the last 12 months with highlights from MAG and BANS along with the presentation of the prestigious BAPEN Awards and Recognitions.

Full programme and registration details will be available very soon and we hope that as many of you as possible will be able to register and join us online during the 4 days and should you miss any they will be available to view on demand thereafter. We also look forward to seeing you all in person next year!
